Cake x Cake x Cake

Well, after 9 cake mixes, over 6 lbs of powdered sugar and 27 eggs Victoria's ninth birthday is in the bag. Actually we have a Libby Lu party scheduled with a couple of Tori's schoolmates but oh well! ;-)

Saturday night, Amy's family came over to help us celebrate, we had dinner, cake and ice cream and presents and everyone seemed to have fun.
Sunday,Kim and Greg let us have the party out at their house and the kids got to ride Sue Lee, the new horse that they have. We had enchilada casserole and the kids roasted hot dogs over a fire (well Vince did anyway!;-))
